HVACPROTECH® Archives Privacy Policy

The Administrators of the HVACPROTECH® Archives track and record only usernames of members who modify, edit or upload files to the Archives. Usernames are collected only as a means of identifying documents sources for Administration purposes. Usernames are not shared, published (unless a specific request is made by the contributing member, to have their names associated with their contributed work) or used in any way other than those specifically stated here. Archive guests who wish only to download information or documents are not tracked or collected. Usernames can be associated with IP assignments for specific identification purposes however this would only be executed in the event of malicious activities within the archives.

Submitted contributions to the Archives that contain personal contact information, including but not limited to email addresses, will have the contact information edited out of the contribution unless specifically requested otherwise.
